  • 1/3 (1 lb.) pkg. graham crackers
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted (1/4 c.)
  • 3 oz. pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, whipped

Directions

    Crush graham crackers and mix with margarine.

    Pat into 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water. Blend in cream cheese.

    Cool.

    Chill evaporated milk, bowl and beaters until icy cold.

    Whip milk and add to jello mixture.

    Pour over graham cracker crust.

    Chill firm, at least 4 hours.
