- 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 1/3 c. gold tequila
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Triple Sec liqueur or other orange liqueur
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine lime juice, tequila, olive oil, Triple Sec and garlic.

2Add the chicken, turning to coat with marinade.

3Cover and let stand at room temperature, turning once or twice more, for two hours.

4Position rack in upper third of oven and preheat to 400°.

5Remove chicken from marinade and arrange on a jelly roll pan.

6Season with salt and pepper.

7Bake chicken, basting occasionally with marinade, until done.

8Takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
