- 4 large egg yolks
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. finely grated lime rind
- 8 large egg whites, at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions
