- 175 ml /6fl oz milk
- 65 grams /2 1/2 oz cheddar cheese,grated
- 1 tsp freshl parsley or chives,chopped

2Gradually whisk in the milk,cooking over a low heat until u have a smooth white sauce.Allow the sauce to come to the boil and simmer for 1 min,stirring constantly.Take the sauceoan off the heat and whisk in the cheese until melted.Add parsley or chives
