Lime Foam Jello

  • 3 oz. lime Jell-O
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 large (16 oz.) can pears
  • 1 tsp. milk

Directions

    Drain juice from pears to make 1 cup.

    Heat juice to a boil. Add Jell-O, mix and let cool.

    Mix cream cheese with milk until smooth.

    Add cooled pear juice mixture to cream cheese mixture. Chill slightly.

    Mash pears with Cool Whip, then mix with cooled Jell-O.

    Refrigerate.
