- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate (undiluted)
- 2 to 3 drops green food coloring
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
- fresh fruit, cut into sticks, and berries
Directions

1Beat eggs; combine in top of double boiler with sugar, cornstarch and limeade concentrate.

2Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.

3Remove from heat; stir in food coloring. Cool.

4Whip cream and fold into cooled limeade mixture.

5Transfer to bowl or individual serving dishes; serve with fresh fruit and berries.
