  • 4 garlic, cloved minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lb uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 ounces frozen snow peas, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 14 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 14 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon lime zest

Directions

    In a skillet, saute garlic in butter for 1 minute.

    Add the shrimp, peas, basil, parsley and pepper.

    Stir-fry for 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Add broth and lime juice and cook and stir for 1 minute.

    Stir in cheese, milk and lime peel.

    Serve as is or over spaghetti.
