- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped ginger
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Key Largo bottled lime juice or fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 (4 oz.) fresh salmon fillets
Directions

1Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan with foil.

2Spray pan with nonfat butter spray.

3In blender, combine ginger, sugar, lime juice and soy sauce until smooth.

4Place salmon fillets on broiler pan; brush fillets with glaze.

5Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes.

6Turn fillets over and brush with remaining glaze; broil 5 minutes longer, until fish flakes easily with fork.
