- 6 ears corn, in husks
- 6 teaspoons lime peel
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 4 limes
- 2 jalapenos
Directions

1Peel back husks. Scrub and rinse corn removing silk.

2Place in sink or large pot.

3Cover with water and soak 2-4 hours.

4Drain well.

5Peel back husks.

6Mix sea salt and lime peel (use mandolin or grater).

7Rub butter on corn.

8Sprinkle with lime salt.

9Dice jalapenos--seeds and all.

10Sprinkle each ear with jalapenos.

11Wrap up with husks.

12Secure husks with foil.

13Grill 12-15 minutes.

14Remove husks carefully.

15Mix chili powder and remaining butter.

16Add to corn.

17Squeeze lime juice, if desired.
