  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • 3 dash hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp
  • 1 tbsp carribean jerk seasoning
  • 1 Red pepper julienned

    For sauce, heat garlic in oil.

    Add stock and hot sauce and bring to a boil.

    Mix corn starch and water together to make slurry.

    Slowly add slurry to sauce.

    Turn off heat.

    Dust shrimp with seasoning.

    Saute shrimp in oil.

    Add peppers.

    Add sauce to shrimp.

    Serve with crusty bread.
