- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 cup chicken stock
- 3 dash hot sauce
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp
- 1 tbsp carribean jerk seasoning
- 1 Red pepper julienned
Directions

1For sauce, heat garlic in oil.

2Add stock and hot sauce and bring to a boil.

3Mix corn starch and water together to make slurry.

4Slowly add slurry to sauce.

5Turn off heat.

6Dust shrimp with seasoning.

7Saute shrimp in oil.

8Add peppers.

9Add sauce to shrimp.
-
10Serve with crusty bread.
