Lime Jello Salad

- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small sliced banana
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.

2Add cold water and vinegar. Chill until thick (1 1/2 hours).

3Pour 1/2 cup of thick Jell-O into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

4Put 3 pineapple rings in 1 cup of thick Jell-O.

5Fold in banana slices and spoon into pan.

6Chill until set, but not firm, about 15 minutes.

7Blend mayonnaise in rest of Jell-O until smooth.

8Stir in celery and spoon into pan.

9Chill until firm, 4 hours or overnight.

10Unmold and slice.

11Serve on lettuce leaf.
