  • 2 small or 1 large box lime Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 3/4 c. cold water
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix together in bowl the Jell-O, boiling water and the cream cheese.

    Then add mayonnaise, mix.
  3. 3
    Add cold water, pineapple and chopped pecans.
  4. 4
    Put in flat, long bowl (10 x 14-inch) and refrigerate until set.
