  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 box lime gelatin
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream (whip before adding)

    Melt marshmallows in boiling water.

    Add gelatin.

    Put in refrigerator to cool. Add remaining ingredients.
