Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. marshmallows (approximately 16)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. lime flavored gelatin
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Melt marshmallows and milk in a double boiler and pour mixture over package of gelatin.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Stir in cream cheese until dissolved and add crushed pineapple.

    Let cool. Blend in whipping cream and mayonnaise.

    Chill until firm.
