- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons coarsely chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- Cooking spray
Directions

1Combine vinegar and next 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; shake to combine. Add steak to bag and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.

2Prepare grill.

3Remove steak from bag; discard marinade. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
