Lime Mint Salad

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • small pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 3 oz. pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. crushed butter mints or other mints
  • 9 oz. pkg. Cool Whip

Directions

    Don't drain pineapple.

    Mix pineapple, mints and marshmallows and cover with plastic wrap.

    Stir occasionally.

    Leave in refrigerator several hours or overnight.

    Then fold in Cool Whip. Put in muffin cups in muffin tins and freeze.
