- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 1 envelope whipped topping mix, prepared
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in hot water.

2Drain pineapple.

3Measure pineapple liquid and add enough cold water to make 2 cups; add to gelatin.

4Refrigerate gelatin until slightly thickened.

5Into the whipped topping gradually beat chunks of cream cheese and beat until smooth.

6Beat gelatin until frothy.

7Beat in cream cheese mixture.

8Fold in pineapple and nuts.

9Turn into oiled 2-quart mold and refrigerate until firm.
