  • 1 gelatin pkt Sweetened lime flavored
  • 1 cup grapefruit sections
  • 4 pineapple
  • 1 cup watermelon balls
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup Orange sections
  • 12 maraschino cherries
  • 1 cup cantaloupe balls
  • dressing Mayonnaise

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool until partially set. Cut each slice of pineapple in four pieces. Cut cherries in halves. Pour small portion of gelatin into mold. Place a half of a cherry in center of mold.

    Arrange sections of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and cherries in a design. Cover with a layer of gelatin. Repeat until mold is filled. Chill until firm. Unmold. Garnish with hearts of lettuce and melon balls. Serve with mayonnaise. 6 servings.
