- 14 cup milk
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice

Directions

1In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients.

2In another bowl, beat the egg, milk, oil, lime juice and peel.

4Fill paper lined muffin cups tow thirds full.

5Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

6Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
