- 1 small onion, chopped
- 13 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup smoked ham, chopped
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 12 cup milk
- Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

3In a small bowl mix the eggs, milk, and Tabasco sauce to taste.

4Pur the egg mixture into the skillet.

5Add the sauted vegetables and gently scramble for 2 to 3 minutes.
