  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 13 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup smoked ham, chopped
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 12 cup milk
  • Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Saute the onions, green pepper, and ham in butter.

    In a small bowl mix the eggs, milk, and Tabasco sauce to taste.

    Pur the egg mixture into the skillet.

    Add the sauted vegetables and gently scramble for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Serve with hto biscuits.
