- 2 gal. cucumbers
- 2 gal. water
- 2 c. white pickle lime
- 3 pt. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. whole cloves
- 1 tsp. pickling spices
- green food coloring
Directions

1Slice the cucumbers and soak in mixture of lime

2and water for 24 hours. Rinse 3 times with cold water.

3Cover with cold water and soak 3 hours, then drain.

4Mix the vinegar, salt, celery seed, cloves and pickling spices.

5Pour over cucumbers. Soak overnight. Add a little green food coloring. Drain in big pan. Bring to a boil for 25 minutes.

6Pack jars with cucumbers.
