Ingredients
- 20 limes, cut into quarters
- 12 cup rock salt
- 1 12 teaspoons turmeric
- 100 g chili powder
- 25 g ginger, sliced
- 20 green chilies, topped and slit
- 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 1 teaspoon anise seed
- 12 teaspoon onion seeds
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon asafetida powder
Directions

1In a large glass bowl place limes.

2Toss well with salt and turmeric.

3Add ginger and green chilies.

4Toss well to coat evenly.

5Set aside for 4 days.

6Heat oil and add the asafoetida.

7Allow to cool.

8Crush aniseed, fenugreek into mix.

9Add remaining ingredients to the lime and shake well.

10Allow to stand for 2 days.
