  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Pet milk
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. nuts (optional)
  • pinch of salt (small amount)
  • fresh lemon juice

    Blend cottage cheese, mayonnaise, milk and pineapple.

    Mix lime jello and boiling water together.

    Chill until begins to firm.

    Combine jello and other ingredients.
