  • 1 (3 oz.) box lime Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. nut meats
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • cherries (for garnish)

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.

    Refrigerate until partially set.
  3. 3
    Whip and mix in 1/2 cup chopped celery, nut meats, crushed pineapple, cream cheese (mashed with a fork for easy mixing) and whipping cream.

    Pour into mold and garnish with cherries.
