Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. lime jello
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • dash of salt
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. whipped cream
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Place gelatin and pineapple in saucepan; bring to a boil. Cool.

    Mix pimento, salt and cheese until blended.

    Mix with gelatin mixture.

    Fold in whipped cream and nuts; pour into mold. Chill until set.
