  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 12 large marshmallows or 120 miniatures
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (save juice)
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Chop marshmallows and dissolve marshmallows and jello in hot water.

    Add juice from pineapple.

    Chill until syrupy.

    Combine cream cheese and pineapple; add nuts.

    Mix in jello mixture.

    Put in mold.

    Serves 11 to 12.
