  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine

Directions

    Mix Jell-O and cream cheese with boiling water until dissolved.

    Smooth with an electric mixer.
