  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • chopped pecans to taste
  • 1/2 jar maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 small container small curd cottage cheese

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

    Chill in salad mold.

    To serve, dip mold in warm water and release on cake plate.
