- 1 1/2 cups pepitas (raw hulled green pumpkin seeds)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions

1Mix lime juice, pepper, cayenne and salt and stir until dissolved.

2Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

3Add pepita seeds and toss frequently until seeds begin to turn light golden and expand.

4Add seasoned lime juice all at once and stir well to coat all seeds.

5Remove from heat and cool in the pan.Serve at room temperature.

6Also great in salads for a crunchy texture.
