  • 1 9-in graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 pint lime sherbet, softened
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • lime (to garnish) (optional)

Directions

    Spread the sherbet in the bottom of the pie crust, then spread the vanilla over the sherbet.

    Sprinkle with grated lime peel, cover and freeze for 3 hours or until set.

    Can serve with with a half of a lime slice for a fancy look.
