   1. Zest lemons (no white pith) and put in jar with 750ml of vodka. Let sit 40 days

   2. Boil water and sugar to make syrup and let cool for 1 hr.

   3. Add syrup and 2nd bottle of vodka to mixture. Let sit another 40 days.

   4. Strain through cheesecloth into bottles. Enjoy!
