- 10 lemons juiced
- 750 milliliters vodka 1 bottle
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- white wine
- mineral water
- lemon twists for decoration
Directions

1Mix the lemon juice and vodka. Cover and leave in a cool place for 4 days.

2After 4 days, place 3 2/3 cups water and the sugar in a large pot and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool then stir into the lemon and vodka mix. Cover and leave in a cool place overnight.

3Pour into sterilized bottles and seal. Chill for at least 4 hours. Serve in chilled glasses topped with mineral water, white wine or sparkling wine and decorated with lemon twists. The limoncello will keep for about 1 month in the fridge.
