  • lasagne noodles
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti seasoning mix
  • medium size container cottage cheese
  • medium size container sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese

    Brown hamburger; drain excess fat.

    Add spaghetti mix, then tomato sauce and tomato paste.

    Let simmer.

    Cook lasagne according to package directions.
