- 4 whole Fresh Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 can (28 Oz. Can) Best Quality (Such As Muir Glen Or Hunts) Whole Tomatoes Packed In Tomato Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Roughly Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Directions

1Wash jalapenos; cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds and top.

2Cut into large chunks.

3Add to the food processor with the tomatoes and juice.

4Process for around 10 seconds the first time, and a few seconds the next time if the tomatoes are not completely broken down.

5Add the cilantro and pulse once more for a few seconds.

6Pour into a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

7This keeps for a few days in the refrigerator.

8Note: if you are using a small processor, you might have to do this in two steps.

9First process the peppers with half the tomatoes and cilantro.

10Pour into a bowl, then process the rest of the tomatoes and stir them into the salsa.
