- 1 lb. dry linguine
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 c. (2 lb.) tiny tomatoes, cut in 1/2 and steamed or 2 cans tomatoes (not stewed)
- 2 c. fresh basil or 1/4 c. dry
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook linguine.

2Saute garlic, red pepper and onion in oil until lightly brown (5 minutes).

3Add tomatoes and basil.

4Stir gently for 2 minutes.

5Pour over noodles.

6Add cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
