Linguine With Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 lb. linguine
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 carrots, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
- 1 tsp. sage
- 2 c. diced, cooked turkey meat
- 1/4 c. herbed stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook linguine according to box directions.

2Add the broccoli flowerets to the linguine 2 minutes before it is done cooking. When it is finished, drain linguine and broccoli together.

3Keep hot.

4Meanwhile, saute carrots and celery in margarine 3 minutes. Stir flour into sauteed carrots.

5Add chicken broth and sage to vegetable mixture.

6Stir in turkey meat until sauce comes to a simmer.

7Simmer 1 minute.

8Pour over warm pasta in serving bowl. Sprinkle stuffing mix over top.

9Serve immediately.
