- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 14 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
Directions

1Beat together the butter, sugars, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and flavor.

2Mix in the nut flour, flour, and egg.

3Divide the dough in half and wrap well.

4Refrigerate for 60 minutes, for easiest rolling.

5Roll the dough 1/8 inch thick.

6Cut half the dough into shapes with the solid linzer cutter.

7Cut the other half of the dough with the cutter that has the design cut into the center.

8Transfer the cookies to an ungreased or parchment lined baking sheet.

9bake in a pre-heated oven for 8 to ten minutes, until lightly browned on the edges.

10cool on a rack.

11Dust cookes with cutout tops lightly with confectioner's sugar.

12Spread solid cookies with 1/2 teaspoon of jam filling.

13Place a cut out cookie on top.

14Let sand for several hours until filling is set.
