Ingredients

  • 2 pasturized egg yolks
  • 1 1/4 cup half and half cream
  • 1 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp brandy or other liqueur

Directions

    Scald half and half in a saucepan.

    Immediately place in blender with chocolate chips, egg yolks and brandy.

    Blend on high until chips are melted and mixture is thoroughly blended.

    Divide among glasses, bowls, or ramekins and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
