- 1 1/4 cup half and half cream
- 1 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp brandy or other liqueur
Directions

1Scald half and half in a saucepan.

2Immediately place in blender with chocolate chips, egg yolks and brandy.

3Blend on high until chips are melted and mixture is thoroughly blended.

4Divide among glasses, bowls, or ramekins and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
