- 4 skinless chicken breast halves
- 14 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions

1Dredge chicken in bread crumbs.

2Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

3Add chicken and cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.

4Add wine and next 4 ingredients; cover; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is done.

5With a slotted spoon, remove chicken and mushrooms and place on a serving platter.

6Stir in mustard and juice into wine mixture and cook 1 minute.

7Spoon sauce over chicken.
