  • 2 -4 cups of cooked pinto beans, depending on how many your cooking for
  • 1 -2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 14-12 cup mayonnaise, I prefer Best Foods or Hellmans
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

    Heat oil in skillet, add beans and smash them with a potato smasher in the pan.

    Stir and heat through.

    Add the mayo and mix in completely.
  4. 4
    Cook an additional minute to meld flavors and serve.
