Ingredients

  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup skim milk mozzarella (or the fresh homemade mozzarella you can find on my profile!)
  • 1/4 cup lite Parmesan
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup lean ham, turkey, chicken or turkey sausage
  • 1/2 cup peppers
  • 1/2 sliced tomato
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven 400 Mix all crust ingredients into a soft dough.

    Press into a pizza pan.

    Cook for 5 minutes.

    Add sauce and all toppings

    Cook for 15 mins or until cheese is bubbly and a tiny bit browned.
