  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins (optional)

Directions

    Combine milk, eggs, sugar and cornstarch.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until beginning to thicken.
