  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Beat cream cheese in bowl until light and fluffy.

    Add sugar, egg and vanilla.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Fill 6 lined muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 30 minutes or until a knife blade comes out clean.
