  • 2 tablespoons light soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 large onion, chopped

Directions

    Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil overnight.
