  • 1 cup cooked ham, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon, crumbled
  • 18 teaspoon white pepper
  • 10 ounces frozen patty shells, thawed
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

    In a medium bowl combine ham, sour cream, tarragon, and white pepper; mix well and set aside.

    Place patty shells one on top of the other.

    Press lightly to seal together.

    On lightly floured board, roll out dough to a 1/16th inch thick; cut into 16 4-inch squares.

    Place about l teaspoon of ham mixture in center.

    Roll up like a crescent, turning ends in slightly.

    If desired brush tops with a beaten egg yolk mixed with water.

    Place on jelly roll pan.

    Bake in a preheated 375F oven until golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.
