  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • oregano

Directions

    Mix together tomato paste, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.

    Spread thinly on muffins.

    Sprinkle cheese over tomato mixture.

    Top with sausage.

    Sprinkle with oregano.

    Bake at 450° about 15 minutes.
