Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 lb. loose hot pork sausage
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 lb. grated or sliced Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni
  • 2 loaves party rye bread

Directions

    Brown meats together in large frying pan, breaking up meat into very small pieces.

    Drain grease.

    Cut up and add Velveeta.

    Add oregano.

    Mix thoroughly over very low heat until cheese melts. Spread mixture about 1/4 inch thick on party rye bread.

    Top with Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

    Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes. Can be frozen on cookie sheets and baked later for a little longer.
