"Little" Quiche

  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. cooked ham, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix and chill cream cheese, oleo and flour.

    Roll into 24 balls.

    Press into tassie cups.

    Combine bacon, ham, onion and Swiss cheese.

    Place equal amounts of mixture into cups.

    Beat eggs and milk.

    Pour 2 teaspoons of mixture over filled cups. Bake at 400° for 18 minutes.
