- 16 ounce. brunsweiger
- 2 to 3 tbsp. pickle relish
- Warm sauce to taste
- 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 to 2 tbsp. minced green onion
Directions

1Mix together all but cream cheese and form into ball.

2Cover with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator overnight.

3Frost next day with 2 (3 ounce.)

4Packages cream cheese which have been thinned with small amount of lowfat milk and lemon juice.

5For color, dust with paprika or possibly finely minced parsley.

6Chill till serving, with assorted crackers.
