- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 lb. diced beef liver
- 1/2 c. onions
- 3 medium diced potatoes
- 1 small can green peas
Directions

1Combine tomato juice and soy sauce.

2Pour over diced beef liver.

3Let stand 30 minutes.

4Cook onions in nonstick skillet until tender. Add liver mixture and add potatoes.

5Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add green peas.

6Simmer about 5 minutes longer. Serve with hot bread.
